Q: How much impact or additional sales may I expect with a website?
A: As some businesses are only present as websites and have no store front or big office, you may come to realize that the worldwide web is the strongest sales media in history. Q: How long does it take until the website is completed?
A: This depends on the volume of your website, how many different languages you want to use, is database programming required or not, etc. But it shall not take longer than 4 weeks in any case.
Q: What is the price of a website desgned by CamboDesign?
A: All prices are given upon request and are depending on several parameters. If concept, logo, text, pictures, etc. are supplied, this can lower the cost drastically. See also our basic rates.
Q: How does it work - your company is located in Cambodia, my bsuiness is located in Europe?
A: We successfully have designed websites for several companies. You simply send us all information and material via e-mail or via EMS (pictures, etc.) and you will have online access to the developing website through a secret URL (webaddress) which is only known to you and us. Thus, you can request adjustments and send comments at any time of the designing process. Payments will be performed via money tranfer to our bank accounts in Cambodia or The Netherlands, via Western Union money transfer or via PayPal.
Q: I have no idea about the whole "web thing" - how can I be sure that you are not selling me stuff that I don't need?
A: Our aim is to have satisfied and recurring clients who recommend us to others. Every client will sooner or later realize that we have supplied a perfect product, custom-designed and shaped to his business concept and requirement, we are only selling products in a volume necessary to guarantee success.
Q: Can you put me on top of all search engines?
A: No! All search engines work in different ways and there is absolutely no guarantee to put you in top positions, as hundreds or thousands of other websites may use the same keywords. However - we will try our very best and use a couple of tricks to position you well in the major international search engines.
Q: I have already a website, but nobody including me likes it. A friend of mine did it for free and I guess it was a wrong decision to save money on webdesign?
A: You are right - saving money is a wise decision while shopping for a new jeans, but not in web design. You should assign professionals to do a job that requires experience and knowledge far beyond those of a "hobby computer guy." Of course we are pleased to revamp or even completely redesign your website to make it a winner!
Q: How many languages should I have online with my website?
A: To be honest - only the ones that you, or very reliable long-term employees are able to handle. If you don't speak Italian - how can you answer an enquiry or order written in Italian language.
Q: What means frame and non-frame versions of websites?
A: Frames are used for websites that require control over huge databases. Frame pages have several disadvantages, especially reducing the chance for high rankings in search engines. Frames keep parts of the whole website in place while other parts might change or move when links are activated. A medium-sized website with no database, no paysite features, etc. won't need frames and will appear more professionally without. Frameless versions are also easier to print, as the most frame websites can't be printed.
Q: I would like you to design my travel website, but I have no pictures at hand - how can we proceed?

Q: My product covers a relatively boring subject (insurance agency), when I look at these nice diving and leisure websites, I doubt that my insurance company is the right business to put on the web?
